Amber Chand has been invited as a member of the panel to talk about the lessons she has learned through her entrepreneurial career, first as the Co-Founder of Eziba, a multi-channel retailer of global crafts, and now as the Founder of The Amber Chand Collection.

During this session the audience will listen to and engage with an entrepreneurial consultant, experienced entrepreneur and business innovator to consider the "slings and arrows of outrageous misfortune" that befalls all of us, including entrepreneurs, and the valuable lessons to be learned.

Amber will offer her personal reflections on the rise and fall of her previous company, founded in 1999 during an era of dot-com exuberance, the personal grief of watching a dream implode, and then setting out to pursue her original vision, this time applying a different business model for her new company's growth.
