You will receive an email reminder to complete your payment.
Once we receive your non-refundable deposit, we will send you a formal Registration Confirmation with balance due, the itinerary, and a list of what you may want to bring for your Artist Vision Journals. We will also arrange a Zoom call two weeks before your arrival to answer any questions you will have.
COVID POLICY:
You must be vaccinated in order to attend this retreat and we encourage you to take a test at least two days prior to the retreat. A copy of your vaccination and test will need to be shown.
If you get Covid during the retreat, you must quarantine for 5 days in your hotel room.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$500 deposit is non-refundable.
For cancellation:
60 days prior to retreat, full refund minus the non-refundable deposit
30-60 days prior to retreat, 50% refund of balance paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Less than 30 days prior to retreat, no refund due.
In the event the retreat has to be cancelled, your deposit will be fully refunded.
We recommend personal travel insurance to cover the possibility of unexpected cancellation.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Please note: we will not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of personal effects or for any injury or loss during the tours or excursions organized for the retreat. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by strike, war, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restrictions or regulations or any other causes over which we have no control. We recommend that each participant carry personal travel insurance to cover the cost of any unforeseen emergency, damage to or loss of baggage, cancellation or sickness. Thank you.
