CANCELLATION POLICY:
$500 deposit is non-refundable.
For cancellation:
60 days prior to retreat, full refund minus the non-refundable deposit
30-60 days prior to retreat, 50% refund of balance paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Less than 30 days prior to retreat, no refund due.
In the event the retreat has to be cancelled, your deposit will be fully refunded.
We highly recommend personal travel insurance to cover the possibility of unexpected cancellation.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Please note: we will not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of personal effects or for any injury or loss during the tours or excursions organized for the retreat. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by strike, war, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restrictions or regulations or any other causes over which we have no control. We recommend that each participant carry personal travel insurance to cover the cost of any unforeseen emergency, damage to or loss of baggage, cancellation or sickness.

PREPARATION FOR THE RETREAT:
Over the next few months, you will receive more details about the journey, including what to bring, what to read and how to prepare for the retreat. We will gather on Zoom in January 2027 so you can meet the other travelers, ask questions and learn more about the itinerary for this very special visionary retreat for women.
