Tea with Amber is a weekly online half hour series I launched on YouTube in 2020.  I envisioned it as an oasis away from the turbulence of our world, a quiet place where viewers could take time off from their busy lives and, over a cup of nourishing tea, sit back and be guided on this reflective and luminous journey. Each weekly episode is a surprise, as I share personal stories from my life as an Indian woman born in Africa, exiled from my country as a refugee; offer reflections from my visionary work; and introduce wisdom teachings from indigenous elders, spiritual sages, poets, mystics and visionaries around the world.
